If you prefer to provide your payment information over the phone, please call us at (903) 520-2191 and leave your name, as well as daytime and evening phone numbers, and we will return your call within 2 business days.
A $50, non-refundable deposit for each guest is required to secure a reservation for a weekend retreat.
All balances are due 30 days prior to your retreat. If payment is not received by this date, the reservation will be cancelled, and the $50 deposit forfeited.
Reservations that are paid in full, but cancelled prior to 30 days before the retreat, are eligible for a full refund, less the $50 deposit.
At our discretion, we will work with guests who must cancel their reservation due to an emergency. In this situation, a retreat may be rescheduled to a later date, subject to availability; however, this is not guaranteed.

Please notify us immediately if you experience any problems with the HVAC system, plumbing, or appliances, so that we can take care of it as soon as possible. Emergency contact numbers can be found on the refrigerator.
Guests are responsible for any excessive damage to the property. In the event of excessive damage, an invoice with an itemized list of damages and charges will be sent to guests.
